Vic Chao graduated from Stanford University in Mechanical Engineering and developed medical devices. He quit because engineering sucks. Since Vic became an actor, his co-workers have suddenly become much better looking and significantly poorer.

Vic acted for 2 years in Chicago, highlighted by a stint as Da Bull, the mascot for the Chicago Bulls (whereupon his co-workers suddenly became much taller and ridiculously richer). Vic has been acting in Los Angeles for nearly 5 years. His talent and professionalism has continually propelled him upward to many guest-star, recurring, and lead roles.

Vic just finished 6 weeks of work on Miss Congeniality 2 as Agent Hill. Currently, there are some exciting potential projects for Vic on the horizon. But Vic’s getting sick of looking to the horizon. Where’s the stardom? Where’s the champagne and red carpets? VIC WANTS HIS PARADE RIGHT NOW!

Ahem, to continue…one of these days, Vic will have a professional, well-maintained website continually updated with the whirlwind activities of his life. For instance, today Vic ate a pear. It will also feature a downloadable guide to getting into acting. And a real photo album, with both professional and personal pictures. And maybe a stupid flash intro that takes 30 seconds to load and forces you to watch it every single time you visit the site. Jeez, I hate those.

Vic doesn’t take his biography seriously enough. It’s kind of difficult when I’m sitting on the couch at 1:30am on a Wednesday night with a rerun of “Will and Grace” on the TV set. And as long as I’m no longer talking in in the 3rd person, I’d just like to say, “Yeah, I know this website could be better. gimme a break– it’s a miracle enough that I actually updated the resume page today.”
